Tracked shipping is used for all wreaths and large faux floral items
Smaller items will be shipped untracked
Returns
I really hope your love your DDQ purchase. However, if there is an issue and you need to return your purchase, please drop me a message to discuss. The item must be in an unused condition to be eligible for return and shipping cost will be at your own expense.
Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned.
